What is the difference between Static and Dynamic groups?

Static Groups: Any group which is created through the methods listed above is called a Static Group. Which means that you will have to manually add or remove contacts from these groups.

Dynamic Groups: All those groups which are created by using the ‘Dynamic Group’ filter are called Dynamic groups. They are Dynamic because these groups auto update based on the Filter queries you selected while creating them. For example, if you import or add new contacts in the CRM, then all those contacts which match that Query will get added to the Dynamic group on their own. You don’t need to manually edit contacts or add them to these Groups.
